Challenge and Process
The Patent Editor is the result of a data mining research project, to ensure greater agility, reliability, and adherence to technological innovation procedures. Field diagnosis, searching for priority, and writing of patents refer to the main stages of the process of patenting an innovation.Â
To understand the different user roles and needs I interviewed the key experts from the sector and mapped the requirements. These were translated into an information architecture proposal for the new product and a strategic development plan in cooperation with their engineering team.
